Give the guy a break people. In the $1,500US a month price range you will find a moderate, compact 2 condo rental if you wish to be on the beach.

If you want a luxury place expect to pay closer to $4,500 a month for a 2 or 3 bed.

This site has a lodging page and there are property management companies listed there. They will be your best bet at getting up to date info on current market availability.
