Our family has lived in SP for two years now. We are in need of a golf cart rental for long-term. Looking for more affordable options than going with the regular rental companies. Any guidance or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not sure, but I think it's more a way of keeping traffic congestion down. Imagine if everyone had a golf cart? Very conservative with new permits.
Words have power. Speak it into existence.

They can not deny a permit based on traffic congestion. There are several permits issued every week. Look at all the new cars, golf carts and UTV's. on the island recently. If you are a resident, QRP or citizen or property owner they should issue you a permit. It is tough if you are still extending your tourist visa every month, not sure it is impossible.

They don't deny without a reason, what was their stated reason? No off street parking possibly?
