A good day to be tied to the dock. Lots of rain and a pounding serf on the reef crest. Phones are down, lightning with the storm.

The streets are flooding and water is getting into some businesses. Town Council taking out the pumps and cleaning the drains. Like a monsoon out there.

CLOGGED DRAIN BY TROPIC

A section of Coconut Drive (in front of Tropic Air and Scotia Bank) was flooded due to the rain that we are receiving. The drain got clogged with sand for the previous Tropical Depression 2. The Council has already addressed the problem and would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Hard at work, under the rain unclogging the drain.

Will someone please remind mother nature:

The rain must never fall 'til after sundown.
By Nine AM the sun must first appear.
etc. etc. etc
