I wish people would learn the difference between a "direct" flight and a "nonstop" flight. A nonstop flight flies from A to B with no stops, as the name implies. A direct flight flies from A to B but has a stop or two along the way...no change of planes, but you will spend some time on the ground in a city or two before you reach you destination.
The Delta flight is nonstop from LAX to BZE.
