menu items in tasting portions, Casa Picasso has created a special 5-course Chef's Tasting Menu for this Thursday, November 14th. Along with our full menu, you will have the option to dine on Chef Ben's special picks for this week and have the option to pair each course with a specifically chosen wine.

A Special Chef's Tasting Menu & Wine Pairings

First Course
Lumpiang Sariwa (Fresh Spring Roll) Traditional Filipino
style spring roll filled with grilled shrimp & pickled
vegetables, wrapped in a scallion crepe, accompanied
by a sweet chili, soy & tamarind sauce.
Wine Pairing – Pewsey Vale, Eden Valley, Dry
Riesling, Australia

Second Course
Ginger Sesame Conch Lightly floured & fried tender
conch, tossed with fresh tomato, cho cho & a sweet
ginger sesame sauce.
Wine Pairing – Sartori, Pinot Grigio, Italy

Third Course
Roasted Beets (v)(g) Roasted local beets, served
napoleon-style, layered with goat cheese & dressed
with green tangerines in olive oil with balsamic
reduction.
Wine Pairing – Du Bouef, Patch Block,Pinot Noir, Pays D'OC,
France

Fourth Course
Chocolate & Vanilla Pork Short Rib (g) Slow roasted pork
short rib, dusted with cocoa, served in a red wine
demi-glace with vanilla risotto.
Wine Pairing – Kaiken, Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon, Argentina

Fifth Course
Banana Wonton Fried, chocolate & cinnamon, banana
wonton served with a scoop of Casa Picasso vanilla ice
cream & Kahlua sauce.
