can anyone describe where the "tradewinds" building is in SP?

Is it the same building where southwind is?

Might I assume that that would be the Tradewinds offfice, right across the street from Paradise Villas? I believe they have the whole building.

Southwind is in the Alijua Suites

The Tradewinds Building is on Pescador Drive (middle street) at the north end of town. Come in and say "hello!"
We're a tiny smidge south of the Paradise Villas gate.
Bobber likes to hang out here with me and the dogs, don't you Bobber?
