From Belmopan... 17:15 BZT
The weather, as we see has certainly changed this afternoon.
Yet it is not showing up on the Satellite pictures.
There was some rain way over in Guatamala but none near to Belize, yet it looks like rain clouds.
Actually the colour of the clouds appears to indicate fire smoke and ash in the atmosphere.
The humidity shows on my instruments as low. . . .Around 65% which is low, but it has been feeling like high humidity much of the day.
Dust and fire ask can make the body feel like high humidity, yet the instruments don't see it.
From this mornings wind directions, ( Still much the same now. ) The only place smoke ask could be coming from, would be southern Mexico.
In 2003, we had a lot of ash coming from many fires in Guatamala in March, making the Sun and Moon very dark and orange.
Caused temperatures to reach 105°F (41°C )
There has been a little bit of rain in the Mountains, moving from the North.
