Planning to re-landscape the yard. I have decided to get rid of the coconut palms before they all die from yellowing disease.

Are there any good resources / information for a low maintenance, hurricane proof (no coconuts or other missiles), drought resistant yard?

Looking for transplantable plants, especially fruit trees. Already checked out Lady Bug, looking for any unwanted orphan plants as well.

Thanks
