Warm weather conditions prevailing
Warm and mostly dry conditions will continue to dominate the weather over Belize the first half of the work week.
The general forecast for Belize and her coastal waters is for partly cloudy skies tonight. Tomorrow will be mostly sunny with only isolated or showers of thunderstorms developing.
Winds over the open sea and along the coast will be easterly at five to fifteen knots, producing choppy sea conditions.
Low temperatures at dawn will be around 79 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 74 degrees Fahrenheit inland and a cool 70 degrees Fahrenheit up in the hills.
High temperatures on Monday will range from 89 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 96 degrees Fahrenheit inland. It will be a warm 82 degrees Fahrenheit up at the exposed areas of the Mountain Pine Ridge and along the Maya Mountains in the south.
The tides: there will be a low tide at 10:54 PM on Sunday A high tide will occur at 5:17 am on Monday.
The sun will rise at 5L28 am on Monday and set at 6:20 tomorrow evening.
The extended forecast valid through to Wednesday is for a few showers over most areas on Tuesday, accompanied by isolated thunderstorms.
