We are selling our condo on San Pedro without a realtor. The buyer is using Alberto villanueva at Belize Caye Investments for the paperwork. My question: should we also get a representative or can Alberto handle both buyer/seller without issues?


I contacted a recommended real estate attorney but they want their fee 1.5%(5K) upfront---is that customary?

I know when we purchased the condo Alberto did the paperwork for us through the realtor. Paperwork seems pretty straightforward and must be mostly boilerplate anyway.

Anyone with experience here have advice for us?
