On Ambergris Caye this morning it's rough. Diving outside the reef is not inviting.
We have a heavy overcast sky and the expected high is 85.

From Belmopan... 08:00 BZT

There is Rain all round Belize, but little actually in Belize, it is circulating round us, not moving very fast though. . . .Which means the low pressure centre is over us, not to the west of Belize as shown in some weather information.

In Belmopan we have had very little rain, 0.4mm ( 0.01" ) but some of that was with very high wind, wet windows only wet during the hurricane in 2010. . ... .Looks like this near stagnant ITCZ will be around Belize for much of the day.. . . . Looks like the worst of the rain is now past.
