The direction of movement is now from the NNW, which means the Low pressure centre has now moved more to the East, near to Cuba.

Hopefully this means these showers will have reduced by tomorrow, but they will continue through much of the night. Looks like they have finally recognised there is a Low pressure ridge from Yucatan to Florida now, mixed in with a cold front.
