Any suggestions on some quality bars/ clubs near Ramons (live music). Already know that the Purple Parrot is good.

BC's and Cholo's

BCs definitely gets my vote for best watering hole in SP. Before I moved to Caye Caulker I lived 2 buildings north of Ramone's, beachfront, first floor. BCs is great also for a late night snack, they serve food (sandwiches, nachos, burritos)until midnight, when the bar closes. Most kitchens close at 9 or so.
