From Belmopan...

The top picture is Temperatures, the Heavy Red line is the 31 day, smoothed Average Maximum Temperatures, with the actual daily variations shown by the thin Red line. . . . . . The Blue lines are the Minimum night time Temperatures. . . .. The Green line is simply the Media between the Max and Min and really has no practical significance, except may well be what so may weather information show for Belize as normal Temperatures. . . . . . There is also a dotted Red and dotted Blue lines, these are the 10 year Average temperatures. . . . So you can see that this year 2014, was very close to the normal Temperatures. . . . . Fahrenheit scales on the Left, Celsius on the Right

This Rainfall graph has 6 different information. . . . . The Daily Rainfall is shown by the heavy Blue vertical lines in each day of rain. . . . . Against the mm / Day scale on the Left and in / Day on the Right. . . . . Then there are two dotted blue lines, which actually mean nothing, they simply join the Monthly Triangles together, to make them easier to see. . . . The Solid Blue Triangles are the actual Monthly Rainfall, and the hollow triangles are the 10 year Average Monthly Rainfall. . . . . But these are both divided by 5 to get them to fit reasonably on the Graph, against the scales. . . . . There are two other solid light lines, the Light Blue represents water in the ground, that small plants can use, the Light Green represents deeper water in the ground, that trees and larger plants can use. . . . . Again on a /5 scale.

The Red lines on the Rain and Stars on the Temperature Graphs are just days of interesting weather, cold fronts, storms and other significant weather days.
