From Belmopan...
Strong SW Tiger wind this morning, coming off the Guatemalan mountains. Causing blanket cloud over much of Belize as it pushes under the Caribbean winds. The Caribbean winds also conflicting with the upper SW Pacific air causing rain clouds to go towards Yucatan. Added to which, there is another double cold front coming down, the first one is not effecting our weather just yet, but it probably will later today, causing a lot of ran clouds over Florida.
I expect today will be largely cloudy, but with some sun later, could be some rain.

Well the cold front crossed over Belize today, not shown by NOAA, but visible by the cloud this afternoon and rain in parts this evening. The wind coming in from the NW from Mexico. The main part of this cold front crossing over night, with more thicker cloud and could be some more rain.
