From Belmopan...
The Caribbean winds and clouds are streaming in from the NE. . . .Some of the clouds are heavy and can bring rain. . . . The high level Pacific winds from the SW are not having any effect on Belize at present. . . . There is a strong "Tiger" wind from the Guatemala mountains at present from the SW, but this will ease off later. . . . There has been a strange activity area, working its way from the West across Mexico and Guatemala yesterday, causing some rain. .. .That bubble or air has now crossed Belize with its front just off our coast. . ...Perhaps that contributed to the early morning rain we had.
I expect this present Overcast to thin during the morning to bring a fair amount of sun, but the Caribbean cloud from the NE could have occasional rain
