From Belmopan...
There definitely looks like a cold front over Belize at present, even if NOAA does not show it. There is significant Caribbean cloud moving in from the east, heaviest over southern Belize, where I suspect it is or will be giving significant rain from time to time. The high level winds from Mexico have very little cloud, but the Pacific high level from the WSW do have more cloud with them streaming over Belize, which is encouraging the probability of rain down south.
I expect northern Belize to be largely sunny, but with significant cloud and southern Belize to have more and heavier cloud with significant possibility of rain on and off for much of the day.
Temperatures in Belmopan:

From Belmopan... 11:30pm update
That, what to me, looks like a cold front line is now being pushed back northwards.
With the result that the heavier cloud, which probably will have some rain with it, is now moving northwards up Belize.
With the increasing possibility of heavier cloud and rain in central and later northern Belize.
