Despite the apparent similarity of weather, there are very different things happening. The Caribbean air is even slightly more south than east compared to yesterday, but it is swinging up to SE just north of Belize, leaving almost cloudless sky over the sea, but still clouds over land. This is partly helped by the Mexican mid level clouds now coming over Belize from the almost west, its higher component going towards the south. All a bit topsy turvy today.
Despite these changes, I expect our surface weather to be fairly similar to yesterday, slightly higher risk of rain.
