From Belmopan...
That ITCZ flare up high cloud and probably rain got pushed down south, so never came near Belize. But again, we have that curved cloud line out at sea, with clear Caribbean winds near Belize, but developing into small clouds when over land but mainly in the north. Yesterday was the hottest day so far this year at 36°C 96°F. Only two days last year exceeded this, both in April last year, one at 97°F the other 99°F The two hottest I have ever recorded were 105°F in March 2003 which was also due to considerable amount of smoke and CO� coming in from Guatamala for days and making our sky orange, also 106°F in June 2005, I can`t remember much about that one.
So I expect today will continue to be hot and dry, with significant smoke and CO2 in the air.
