Those NE clouds from Cuba have caused some small, isolated patches of rain this morning, most now died out. That was mainly just inland from the coast, having been brought in from the east by the Caribbean winds. So now land based clouds are forming as the Land warms from the Sun, it causes the Caribbean air to rise, when it guts up to its dew point, it converts to cloud, providing there are some form of dust particles or aerosols in that air.
Today will be mainly sunny, the morning cloud build up will probably reduce this afternoon, little if any rain today.
