The southerly Pacific winds are now taking over from the earlier NE from Florida, which is causing many, significant swell-ups all over the Caribbean near Belize. This is bringing rain showers in from the ESE towards Belize. Actually these rain showers have been dying out as they have been approaching Belize, so the amount of rain showers so far have been rather small and scattered in many parts of central and southern Belize. The present indication is that they will get less and smaller as the day moves on.
I expect early morning showers to reduce in numbers and amount during the day, but always with the chance of very significant rain.
