Hi...just wondering if anyone is selling a lot up north or knows someone that is? From Tranquility Bay south. To the people that own houses/land, did you use a realtor for the transaction?...just curious.

I strongly suggest that you use a broker who has been on the island ( in the business) for many years. Very few people use title insurance which was a shock to me when I first purchased a building on the Island. Either attorneys or "management companies" do the title search for you but, again, this is not something I would trust just "anybody'... Also, brokers are NOT licensed so reputation is everything.
