From Belmopan...
There is a lot of ITCZ activity out there including Tropical Storm Marty developing in the Pacific, which is contributing to fine sunny weather over Belize. There were one or two small swell-ups down south last night, possibly causing some rain, but those have dried up. The surface and low clouds are strongly from the SW this morning, the Caribbean winds pushed back, well away from Belize at present. The low pressure north of Yucatan continues to cause heavy cloud towards Florida.
Looks like today will be mainly sunny for most of Belize. There will be an increase in cloud from the West, but probably little or no rain today.
