A complex set of air movements right now. The low cloud is still coming down from the NNW, but Caribbean clouds are riding up over it from the SE, yet the surface wind in Belmopan is from the SW. This has now resulted in a lot of air mixing and warming, well slightly, a heavy drizzle or light rain in places, not showing on the radar, which is only showing the odd patches of rain, mainly out at sea and coming down from the NNE. The short range radar, which picks up better on the drizzle, is showing much larger areas of light rain between Belize city and Belmopan, some moving from the NNE, yet other areas moving in from the SE.
Looks like today is going to mainly be overcast, with patches of rain, mainly light, probably little or no sun today, so it will remain cool all day.
The Blue arrow is surface wind over Belmopan I can feel. The White arrow is the low clouds I can see moving. The Yellow arrow over Belize is cloud movement the Satellite can see, and Orange is the high level cloud movement.
