From Belmopan...
The high level Pacific winds from the WSW have very little cloud in our area. Due to a largely clear sky last night, fog cloud developed over the Yucatan, some of which spread into parts of Belize, but that will thin as the day warms up. But as the sun starts to heat the land, that fog cloud will rise and as it meets the ESE Caribbean winds starting to move into Belize it will result in white puffy clouds forming.
Today looks as if it will become a fairly sunny day as the morning fog cloud clears, then white puffy clouds form later, looks like no rain.
