Well it looks as if that storm has fizzled out. No rain showing on the radar in Belize, there was some rain in parts of southern Belize over night and a little bit up near Corozal, right now a very small patch in Mexico, near Blue Creak, but that is it, and does not look as if there is much more rain out there today. The surface wind is from the SW, which will later, bring heat and smoke from Guatamala, so I think the Met office suggestion of only 90° maximum is probably too low for today. So much for a cold front, last night was the warmest night we have had this year.
The wind and cloud movement over and near Belize is very complicated and difficult to see. I see cloud moving both from the east and from the west and higher cloud from the NW. I suspect the present surface SW or Tiger wind, bring presently cool air and cloud, will ease off and be replaced by easterly Caribbean wind and cloud, with some sunshine later.
Looks like today, starting off cool and cloudy, will get significantly warm later with sun and cloud, but probably no rain. Not as hot as yesterday, but still unpleasantly hot without any electricity for fans.
Today is probably going to be Similar, to yesterday :
Sat, max. 36°C 97°F Last night min. 27°C 80°F ( Coast usually cooler, hills even cooler )
