For the dressing:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 pieces of anchovy fillet
1 teaspoon mustard
1 piece of chipotle marinated
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

For the salad:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 piece of clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 pieces of chicken breast, cut in half, along the length
1 required amount of romaine lettuce or Italian
1/2 cup croutons
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese cut into lentils


For the dressing:
Blend all ingredients until a smooth and homogeneous dressing. Reserve it..

For the salad:
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and saute the garlic and onion for 2 minutes.

2. Add chicken breast halves, increase taste with salt and pepper and cook for 4 minutes on both sides. Remove from heat and cut into thick strips.

3. Mix lettuce leaves with croutons, Parmesan cheese and some dressing.

4. Serve above mixture of salad and add the chicken strips.
