Very quick report, don't want to run my batteries down, they are already low.
Still no power, probably not fixed till well after midday, so I must save my batteries.
The Radar stopped working from 02:45 so I can't give any update from that. But still total high level cloud cover. So very little solar charging... The low level cloud not moving much, hard to see which way it is moving. Still some rain coming in, I recorded 85mm 3½" from midnight, with 61mm 2½" yesterday, ground soaking. A number of Trees down in Belmopan and many branches broken off.
To me, the NOAA picture and last nights Radar and the wind I was experiencing looked like the storm turned when on land and went down south, into the mountains and collapsed. So how are they showing it in Guatamala. ?
Today looks as if it will be overcast for most of the day, continuing some easterly wind with occasional rain, some could be heavy.
Temperatures in Belmopan:
Today is probably going to be similar, to yesterday :
Tue, max. 29°C 84°F Last night min. 22°C 70°F ( Coast usually cooler, hills even cooler )
