HURRICANE MATTHEW is hardly moving, slow moving usually precedes a change in direction, but it is causing our cloud to come down from Cuba in the NNE, which occasionally clashes with high cloud from the NNW and there is SSW winds coming up from the Pacific, causing some cloud and occasional rain in the Caribbean. The Belize radar is off the air presently, so I can only guess the rain.
Looks like today will be mainly sunny, but significant clouds could build from time to time, there could be the odd rain shower.
