200 grams spaghetti
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 guajillo chili cut into strips
1/2 lemon juice
1 pinch of pepper
160 grams of cleaner shrimp
150 milliliters of cream
50 milliliters of milk


Cook pasta with enough salted water until al dente, while doing the garlic.

Place butter and oil in a pan and let heat well.

Add the garlic, when it cooks add the guajillo and brown them. This will happen very quickly and as garlic and chili gets brown, add the lemon, a little salt, and pepper and remove from pan and save.

Cook shrimp in the same pan and as soon as it begins to get pink add the cream and milk and wait for it to get to the first boil.

Now we add our garlic sauce and our pasta and mix well. As soon as it begins to boil it is ready.

Remove from pan, serve and enjoy.
