There has been a lot of ITCZ flair-ups along the west coast of much of Central America, which is still bringing high level wet air over Belize. There is lower air coming down from Florida direction, which are clashing with the Caribbean air, resulting in rain out at sea and only a few patches on land, but we could get some rain at any time later.
A brighter morning but clouds building later, could be the isolated rain showers this afternoon.
