Ingredients

1 cup grated Corn
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons melted butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs

Method

Mix the corn, sugar, melted butter; add the flour and beaten egg. Mix in gradually the milk. Bake in a moderate oven one hour. Serve with roast beef or lamb.
