Marie Sharp's is coming to Cayo! They are launching a Tourist Center downtown. They'll have culinary classes there to, so you can cook some wonderful - and spicy - Belizean food. They'll be located at 2 Victoria Street, in the Busman Arnold building.

For what it's worth: I've just been in touch with them.
One important piece of info is the email address in the flyer above is wrong!
The correct address is:
[email protected]
(The "t" was missing.)

They are not quite open yet but - as is the whole country, I suppose - they are extremely friendly.

My inquiries were regarding the cooking classes.
They will be more of a cooking demonstration, i.e. a chef cooks and you watch.
Classes hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. Minimum of 4 persons are required for class and a maximum of 8.
Cost is $49.00 USD per person.
