jsbfan - What did I have at Ramone's? Hmmm. Let me think about that. Oh, it was the night of their bar-b-que...I had the chicken kibobs (sp?) and my husband had the lobster kibobs. He loved his. I thought it was OK...probably not the best meal we had that week, but we're pretty easy to please.

did someone say the cayo was hot and muggy? you can say that again! I loved it though...I felt like I was a little kid at sleep-away camp again. Sleep-away camp with ice cold Belikin beers. Sign me up!

We also have been to St. Lucia and Barbados (10 days on each not a cruise) in the West Indies several years ago and some would claim these Islands to be superior to Central America but we like Belize way, way better! No comparison. We have been to Belize twice now and are planing a return trip in February. Belize is just a million times more interesting and our style even so we did have a good time on St. Lucia/Barbados as well. Hey, we love to travel and it's hard for us not to have a good time while on vacation. And I do have to admit there are a couple of other destinations we like just as much as Belize but for other reasons. Belize is a wonderful vacation destination!
