Hi all! I am planning to visit belize but it is really difficult to make up my mind using the few information I can get here in Italy. Any suggestion for an overall trip to Belize (15 days more or less) to see and live the best? Thank you so much!!!

you can e-mail
djones@btl.net and we will be happy to assist you.
Hi, trina I would suggest the Orange Walk area. There is a lot to offer there. In particular there is the Lamanai Outpost lodge that offers exactly what you're looking for. You can contact me if you need more info at djones@btl.net

nikki - barb's belize is a great suggestion.

i just used her in june to help organize a trip for 5 of us. it was my 3rd bz trip.

we chose to do 4 days in the jungles of cayo (stayed at duplooys) and 4 days on ambergris caye (stayed at caribe island resort).

it was wonderful. i have many on-line pics available, if you like

Hi SweetJane!! Thank you for your reply! I'll surely get in touch with barbsbelize.com
I'd also like to have your comments on Belize. You know, Belize is not very advertised here in Italy (still something "misterious" for us) and it is very hard to get comments from people with "Belize-experiences".
If you like sharing some suggestions and comments with me... GO AHEAD!

click on each pic to see them larger. (the last 3 are USA)

i definately recommend that if you going all the way there, you MUST see jungle & ruins AND a caye. like 2 vacations in one. there are places to stay in every budget.

the great thing about barb is she has seen or dstayed at most everywhere on bz, and will give you her honest opinions of what she liked & didn't.

remember that bz isn't for everyone. it is not, generally speaking, to some western standards. but you will always have an adventure.

Hi Nikki

I cannot help you with discounted air from Italy but I can help you plan the accommodations, etc. I just did a trip for some clients from Bologna Italy through a travel agent there. They stayed at Portofino in AC and in Belize City at The Great House. Contact me if you like. escape@barbsbelize.com

Hi Barbara K,
thank you for getting in touch.
My husband and I will make up our mind about what we would like to do during this week-end (we bought latest lonely planet's guide to Belize and we will choose what we'd like to do). On Monday we will surely mail you!
Thank you again!
