What kind of weather can I expect in SP Town during May? Hot & Humid is fine but I would hope for minimal rain. Also, is this time a heavy tourist time? I would think not. Mucho Thanks to all in advance!

Bicycleman, I remember you from this board two years ago. My visit in May 2001 - only one day of rain (my last day) and some rain at night when we were asleep. Hope to be in AC May 3-10, 2003.

May is one of the hottest months coming just before the rainy season. We were there last year in late May. Temps into the 90's and sunny every day.

I have been to AC 2 of the 3 trips in May. Weather was great. In my opinion, it is a great month to go.
