Hey everyone!!! Long time no type. Staci and I are going to be in Roatan this year and want to visit AC for one night while we're in the neighborhood. Does anyone know who we can fly round trip with from Roatan to AC?

Thanks bunches,

There's no service from Roatan to Belize. You can fly TACA through San Pedro Sula. But it's expensive. By the time you add your flights from Roatan to SPS and then from Belize City to Ambergris Caye, you're looking at close to US$500.

Lan, unless TACA has changed their schd recently, you can go B.C./Roatan and back to B.C.

yup - TACA http://www.taca.com shows this on their site - but what it doesn'tt say is if it is Nonstop.

FWIW - I tried several pairs of dates and all came back as unavailable.

Wow, I WISH it was non-stop. 2 1/2 yrs ago, you had to fly to mainland Honduras (from BC)and then change planes to get to Roatan. From what I remember, it was about $350 RT from BC. But the snorkeling/diving there is awesome. Bugs are fierce though.

There is a flight from Belize to Roatan its on Atlantic Airlines leave belize city 3 times weekly and stops in San pedro Sula then onto Roatan, the cost is $200 per person roundtrip and TACA out of Belize City are the agents for them.

I have looked into this for my european divers so they may have a 2 destination vacation so i know the service is there however I have not had any guests as yet that have used this airline.

Hope this helps

regards

Gaz

If anyone can point me to current non-stop flight from BZE to Roatan, I'd appreciate getting the specifics. You can fly through San Pedro Sula, but I cannot find any non-stops, and with the possible exception of the Atlantic flight (I've been told both that it only stopped in SPS and also that you had to change planes) the flights through SPS seem to require a change of planes.
