Is my feeble mind failing again or is there, or once was there a thing called Tiger Beer? If I remember it was only .25 a bottle way back when and had stuff down in the bottom like home brew so you had to pour it. Pretty rough stuff. How much are they getting for a Belikin these days? American beer still through the roof in price? Been 23 years since my last visit but can't wait to finally get back down May 24.

tiger beer is still marketed globally, and has a web presence. belikin is about $23 US a case
If you must choose between two evils, pick the one you've never tried before.

Tiger Stout (not beer) was manufactured by the Charger Beer people way back. At that time Belikin manufactured only beer and no stout. It (Tiger) was actually more popular than Belikin at one time. The owners (Forgot the name of who the owners were) had the oportunity to buy out the Belize Brewing Co. (Belikin) but did not want to so to avoid a beer monopoly. eek The rest is history. They went broke frown and Barry hit the jackpot wink . Thats life.
Belikin Beer goes for US$19.for a case of 24.
US$1.25 - US$1.50 a bottle on the mainland at hotels, restaurants & bars.

"Tiger" beer is very popular in Singapore. I can only assume that we are not talking about the same beer.
A fish and a bird can fall in love, but where will they build their nest?
