We are making our first trip to AC next March and are staying at Banana Beach. Is the ocean front room worth the extra $42.00 per night, or are the views from the courtyard rooms just as pleasant.
Also, are insects a problem if staying on the first floor.

42$ more per night? are you in a deluxe 2 bed or what? You will be right on the water, it should be fine, as for bugs, that depends how often they spray. it wouldnt hurt to e mail them and ask them. I spend my winters on AC, Love it, and banana beach is a wise choice, youll love it I am sure of that. Have a great time.

March is a breezy, dry and distinctly non-buggy month here on Ambergris Caye.

Go for the ocean view rooms. Make sure you get the second or third floor. You will love it there!
