I would like to get some prices for wave runner rentals... and where you can take them around AC.

I am glad to hear the waverunners at Fido's are up and running. When we tried to rent one last March all of them were waiting for replacement parts or repair. We rented a small hobiecat instead which turned out to be fabulous. But, I am sure we'll rent a waverunner this time too - any excuse to be in or on the water. 3 days and counting!!! mobunny

Thanks, hacker! I think one would hard pressed to have a bad time on AC. We are going to have a blast. mobunny

You can no longer rent waverunners anywhere on the Island. We tried to rent one this past week at Fido's and he no longer rents them.

I believe that is great news, mamacaps. When I was there this spring, these water vehicles were piloted by inexperienced, but well-intentioned people, that made for dangerous encounters with swimmers, the standard congestion of boat traffic, and the reef.

not that I disagree with you at all DP...but I also thought that Barefoot rented them (or did)

Barefoot has been sold. I think a couple of the wave runners have been sold to local individuals, but not to a business... but I do know who's getting some in for rental soon ....
