Thanks to all who responded to my Honeymoon in Belize. It all definitely helped and made our decision very easy!! Banana Beach it is!!

Now that we are headed to Belize in March 2004, what things are a must to do? Where are the best places to eat? Most importantly, what will the weather be like?

Thanks
Kim

Couple of small points:

Ambergris Caye is only a very small part of Belize. What's best in San Pedro isn't necessarily the best in the country.

Things are changing so fast in San Pedro, especially as regards restaurants, that what's best now may not be six months from now. I've been going to San Pedro for about a dozen years, and I've never seen it change so fast as in the last year or two.

We have been going to AC in Feb for the last ten years. The thing that is a most for us is to do
a Day Sail on the El Gato with Capt Geraldo.
We sail to Caye Caulker with a snorkel stop on the
way. Have lunch at one of the restaurant of your choice. Sail back to AC with another snorkel stop. It is a wonderful relaxing day.
We also go on a sunset cruise at least once.

Ruby's for breakfast, Jerry's Crab Shack (everything is great, the pizzas are amazing) and try as many places as you can. You won't need a diet when you get home, nothing will taste as good as it does down here.
