booked my second trip to CMR ( AC ) for the first week of may and finding airfare alot higher then i paid last year , i'll be traveling out of the NY area

keep an eye on the sunday NY times. There are ad's every week in the travel section for "bucket shops" which sell deeply discounted tickets to international locations. I've seen tix for bze as low as $250 from NYC.

These tickets typically come with LOTS of restrictions but if you're a bit flexible, you can get a great deal.

Also, program NYC - BZE into a service like Travelocity's Fare Watch or Yahoo's Best Fares.
