There is one horse by the tennis club that is tethered there.

just wait a cotton picking minute ,some old man I think his name was paisanno ,said give me five dollars and I will it bet on a horse at san pedro downs race track ???then when I come back he will take me for a ride on the winner ...was he not telling the truth ,he looked like a nice man ???and pedro1 said he new him ..I just assumed they have horses here ...how do I get my money back ????????

I don't know if I would do that! Piasano may look old but I think he's faking it, and that cane he carrys is just a prop!
I saw him chase a street vendor around the Ruby's outside deck with an empty Lighthouse bottle while I enjoyed my morning coffee and jonny cake. Then to top it off he tried to steal my wife right in front of me! .....................................
