What is the protocol for arranging to have one of the restaurants cook your fish?

Should I call 1st? Show up with my cuda wrapped in newsprint? God willing I'll catch enough fish to be able to do this.

I'd call first and let them know you're on the way. If you have a fridge in your room, store it and go make the arrangements in person. We had Papi at Papi's Diner fix ours one time (delicious!) and also had Ambergris Delight do it once. They fixed it four different ways. (fried, stewed, etc.) We just dropped it off and came back for a late lunch an hour later. They served it family style. We had our two teen boys with us and they loved having a choice. It was prepared with a few side dishes included (potato salad, bread, cole slaw and something else) and I think the whole thing with drinks included was $17. What a bargain!!! eek

Capt'n Jeff,

We'll be down the 19th. Emailed Bicho, he's says you'll be in Japan? Wanted to talk to you about the new boat. I'll email you with details.

Hey sweets,
Yep I've talked to Amy there and of course there's no problem.

Just wondering about some of the other haunts and the best way to do that as well.

Where's your favorite?

Thanks! See you soon
