if there is a way to get word to Michael Carpenter, a Baptist minister
who is there with his wife and two teen age boys there, he could get into
CyberCoffee and USE the UPS's, MUCH wood, tables, chairs, FOOD, coffee, etc.
that is in there. I need to know the status of it ASAP as well so I know what
to take back. A man is coordinating relief supplies to go back by Continental
Cargo and called me to ask what was needed. I told him all I had heard was
dry clothing, dry food, clean water I THOUGHT was available but wasn't sure -
and building things. Sheesh, Marty, if it wiped out that San Pedrito, we need
to rebuild using nice concrete low cost building things - my son in law says
Pulte that he works for is already doing that in Mexico - why not there? Let
me know HOW to find out about CyberCoffee, would you? There are pix of INSIDE
Fido's across the street to the BEACH - if they had just pointed them across
the street I could have seen!:>) The staff is wonderful, but I'm thinking,
dispersed. Haven't heard from Ampy Barbosa and wish I would. She and her
parents probably went to her church to see it through but that was on the
lagoon side. Meagan left for her house in Cayo. Peggy is Canadian and called
home but said nothing giving information. Sheila has power at Mayan Princess
but the phones aren't up yet. I'm not going back until I have more info on
what to take but can't wait longer than a week from Monday. I have to get
that business going again. Is there a way to get pix of front street Island
Plaza - where the museum is? That's where we are. I'm assuming Mary was in
Belize city in School and her Dad and Step mom, et al go to safety or we
would have heard differently. Richie and Paisano? Thanks for any info.

Craig, Mike and his family can/could stay at my place - I have food, beds,
dry food and I'm not returning for another week from tomorrow. I am SO SORRY
they lost the boat!!! But I KNOW Mike would find a way to make sure they were
safe. God and all the guardian angels in heaven would protect them. I can't
get word as to how Cybercoffee is. I can't get info into or out of the island
and I can return with cargo donated from here and flown on Continental, but
I'm not sure what to ask for even. I know they're rebuilding, but what and
WITH what? If some places were wiped out - like San Pedrito - why not rebuild
with concrete rather than the shacks they HAD? Mike and Mary Anne were doing
SO MUCH that was good for that Island!!!! When you talk to them, tell them I
said I love them all and they have been in my prayers every moment since
this thing started. God bless all of you and PLEASE take care and let me know
how they all are. They are such truly good people. Tell them I have missed
them and worried about them and thank God they're all okay. Let me know what
I can do to help. Give them my hugs too. And THANK YOU for your email!!!!

They're going to Miami on sunday - whether to regroup or what not sure -
but they're okay it sounds like. I'm going back a week from
tomorrow and taking dry food, ordering new tees for Cybercoffee if they can
do them in Belize City, taking ONE new computer, figuring the 11 there will
be basically okay and we'll have some phone lines in soon - if it have to run
them myself.:>)

Heard today from friend in Belize City via email that one of the managers
called to tell him CyberCoffee is fine - no damage to computers - all well -
and to stay another week with family here as nothing to do there but cleanup
and they are 'on it.'
