Any big difference weather wise 'tween the two .... I mean ... can that much change in only 2 weeks?

The only thing that I can think of is that you'll have me here spamming the ole boards if we can't go until the 10th!

April and May are generally considered the warmest months in Belize, prior to the start of the rainy season. Right now the weather looks great, but I can tell you I was there last year at the end of April and we had temps in the high 90's on the Caye and in the 100's on the mainland. Unusual, but it happened and it lasted for days. We specifically came in April last year because the year before it was so hot in the end of May when we were there (mid 90's). You just need to be prepared. Bring along a water bottle, stay in the shade, jump in the pool and don't overdo your daytime activities. A lot depends on the climate you are coming from. You may need a few days to adjust. We live in Florida and there is about a 15 degree difference in temperature this time of year.
