I stayed at Mata Rocks Mar.21 through Mar.28. I had an ocean view, jr. suite. The room had a great view, very comfortable king size bed, good a/c,refer. and micro.Nice shower and bath, reasonably priced.The staff was friendly, met some nice folks at the tiki bar. The first few days I rode a bike and explored the island,took a lot of photos,drank a few belikins,great way to unwind and relax. I signed up for scuba classes on wensday, Eddie and Taco of Amigo DelMar did a great job. They were courteous and professional.Im now a certified scubi-do. The dive course along with the dives,Hol Chan,Cypress Canyons, Tuffey, was definately the most fun. I plan on diving again and I plan on returning to San Pedro.I would rate San Pedro a 10, the best vacation I ever had, Marty

Wow, sounds like you had a great trip, we get to Banana Beach next Friday!!! Hope you post your pictures. And a big congrats on getting certified! I wish we had done it sooner so I could have enjoyed the underworld at all of our previous vacation spots. Oh well, we will just have to start over.... We have been diving only 1 1/2 years but only on 2 vacations.. Coz and Puerto Vallarta (yuck, won't bother with that again!). This should be great.
