Catmot meant that there are only two types of divers . . those that pee in their wetsuits and those that don't. And yes, I meant a shorty. You'll be more comfortable in the water with it. Not only will it keep you warmer but it gives you a bit more bouyancy too, if you've any concerns in that regard.
As for a mask that doesn't leak, yes they exist. I have two. I also have two that do.
In any event, your friend's mask may not leak on her, but it could still leak on you. Masks have slightly different shapes and so do faces. If she's willing to loan you her stuff, might as well try it out. Oh, and rinse her suit well before returning it. hee hee
And . . .was I defending myself? I try never to defend myself . . . dissent maybe, but defend. Hmm
