We just signed up today in order to get just the kind of information that we are reading. Your description of your stay in San Pedro makes it very real for us. It was great to meet you both during our stay on Ambergris Caye. We enjoyed your company during our dinners at Casa Picasso and Carumba. Its hard to realize how fast the week went by. This is a great trip report. Helps you to relive all the good times. By the way, we are still planning to do that Napa Valley trip sometime in the future.

What does a Mennonite do at Mass?

Hey there klcman - thanks!
I'm Mennonite, Vic's catholic - we generally attend both churches at home - the two aren't so far apart theologically speaking. Can't speak for other Mennos, but at mass I join in the worship and liturgy, pretty much everything except communion as Catholics practice closed communion.

BTW - I checked out your trip pics from '03 - very impressive. Wish I'd seen 'em before I went, I'm not above stealing photo ideas!
