I see that Maya is an option. Travelling with a child less than 2, would it be best to fly or boat? Any links / or info on costs by going boat versus air?

What are the travelling times water vs. air?

You can fly with Maya or Tropic, price is 98USD round trip. Flight takes 15 minutes. Same terminal.
Boat is $25USD R/T and takes 1.5 hours, plus $20 USD for the cab to get there. And last boat is 4:30 PM.
I would definatly recommend flying with a baby, it gets choppy and wet out there! cool

Have a good trip.

Also, if you are a big group, and on a budget, it might be worth it to take a cab from international airport to municipal, and fly to San Pedro from there. The flights are half price from municipal, same plane. (It's actually frustrating, you land at international, take a cab to municipal, get in the plane, fly back to international, and then on to San Pedro! )

Have a good trip.
